Display cell values for cells in focus (pinned "cell value" dialog)

This is a spin off of #45. In #45, the pinned "cell value" dialog was implemented for browsing table content.

Here are a couple of wishes / proposals about the "cell value" dialog, when browsing a table content:

1. When the cell value dialog is pinned, it would be cool if it displayed the value of the cell under focus, i.e. without a double click. Like it's in the SQL results. This can be made optional (i.e. another check box), but it would be "featuritis" then.
2. The "pin" property could be persisted. This is a very minor issue though.

I agree with fml2, the point 1 would be useful (cool) too.

Regarding point 2, it it could be persistent. But I would not vote of classic Preference setting. As fml2 proposed, only persistent Pin on|off set from Cell Window is a suitable solution for me.

I am using SQuirreL SQL snapshot "squirrel-sql-snapshot-20241219_2026-standard.jar" on Adoptium Open JDK 17. May I ask You, if there is point 1 of fml2 on the roadmap? Sometimes... If it is possible.

Because changing the contents of the pop-up window when using the up and down arrows (and not only by mouse doubleclick) would be a luxury feature ;-) In the same way as in detail window. One can see it in attached window.

I am using SQuirreL SQL snapshot "squirrel-sql-snapshot-20250105_1952-standard.jar" on Adoptium Open JDK 17.

It works great! Both keyboard arrows and single mouse click repaint the content of pinned only pop-up window and detail window. Luxury! One can see it in attached screenshot. I guess, we can close this issue, if @fml2 will agree.
