While enabling this module below error occurs, this will install properly on a fresh drupal system, while EzContent has its own system settings.
Unable to install Community Builder due to unmet dependencies: field.field.node.blog.field_image (field.storage.node.field_image), node.type.blog (menu_ui)
Unable to install Community Builder, field.storage.node.field_meta_tags already exists in active configuration.
The first error occurs because field_image is not used or may be deleted from EzContent which is the part of core drupal & the Menu UI module which is disabled in EzContent.
Install - Menu UI module
Added - field.storage.node.field_image
The second error of the Metatags field, which is already in use for EzContent.
Removed field.storage.node.field_meta_tags yml file.
