Upgrade to Sitecore 9.3.
Almost all the existing functionality works fine. There are few (minor) limitations so far:
I guess it's fine to publish an update without these two.
I haven't upgraded the codebase to SDK projects and NuSet PackageReference's as @sc-alistairdeneys suggested in #209. The suggestion still looks correct to me, but that requires more time. Any contribution is appreciated ;)
