Overwrite deck on card

This will allow the user to overwrite the default top-level tag with card specific tags on the same note.

My use case is:
I write down notes and cards about a lecture in one single note (file). Some cards can be studied anywhere (e.g. mobile phone while using public transportation) but for some cards I need to be at my desk.

Given the following example will create two decks.
