Add NiFi versions 1.27.0 and 2.0.0-M4

Description

• Added 1.27.0 and 2.0.0-M4
• Removed 1.23.2
• Reporting task name now lowercases the name (due to the "M" from 2.0.0-M4 version that is used in the name)
