Add Kubernetes guide for connecting clients #307
Description
A how-to guide covering connecting clients to K8s-hosted MCP servers would be useful.
This would address:
- Exposing MCPServer services outside the cluster using Ingress or Gateway API (keep it generic / solution-agnostic)
- Then how to connect using the ToolHive UI/CLI (refer to remote server "Run MCP" guides)
- Note the need for TLS and auth (point to auth docs)
- Connecting an agent/app from within the cluster
