The first idea was to see if tagging for review happens with the recent settings.
Later I noticed that /.konflux/ @stackrox/konflux-maintainers-no-email @stackrox/release-mgmt-no-email @rhacs-bot line doesn't have to be the way it is.

Therefore, the story goes like this: #2387 was followed up by #2431 and that wasn't enough hence this #2441 appeared as another follow-up.
