Based on feedback from dyn: https://forum.myrcon.com/showthread.php?8690-Team-Kill-Tracker&p=109187&viewfull=1#post109187

Have a different message available (or none at all) to send to the victim for the team kill message. Right now that same message is being sent to both the victim and the killer. Might be nice to have the option to have a different message, "PLAYER1 killed you. !p to punish !f to forgive" or "TeamKilled Player 2! Watch your fire!"
