What number in line are you?

Glo has chart idea showing recent activity (atlases, number of pages in atlases) for past and processing and your location in the line.

Here’s the design for showing where you are in the atlas queue. The idea is that this page is a LIVE representation of the queue. After you hit GO, your atlas moves closer and closer and closer to the one being made. As it gets closer, the copy changes to it’s MORE EXCITING.

Need Seth’s advice on the best position for the “Being Made” bar… depends how long the queue is, on average. Perhaps it should be closer to the center.

Would be nice if the bars representing the atlases that have been made were clickable, or at least interactive, to show the viewer the place and # of pages of that atlas.

  • Once you set your layout, and hit Make, you get to this page
  • You see "Being Made" bar in a fixed position, and the graph move from right to left as atlases get made
  • As your atlas gets closer, it changes color
  • Be Super Fun to have a noise play when your atlas moves to the being made position, and then another one when it's finished :)

Once it's finished, time marches on. You hear TA DA!, then your atlas moves into the next slot.

Given that @mojodna was so effective improving the site's performance, it's likely this whole feature is not required.
