variable is already defined #1148

Version - 1.2.1
OS - Linux Mint
Nodejs - 6.11.5
npm - 3.10.10

Standard plugin gives error of 'varibale' is already defined. But that varible is defined in two different blocks, still it gives error as it is already defined.

Strange I'm not able to recreate this, Could you post a code snippet that illustrates this issue?
