This is my note for translation:

• 〜 should 〜：〜しなければなりません。/〜する必要があります。
• 〜 must 〜：〜しなければなりません。/〜する必要があります。
• Avoid 〜：〜しないでください。
• No 〜：〜してはいけません。/〜があってはいけません。
• 〜 not allowed ：〜してはいけません。/〜があってはいけません。
• Use ~：〜を使用してください。/〜を用いてください。
• Add ~：〜を入れてください。
