Would it be possible to ignore type annotations used in Flow or Type script?

Closed this because it's probably something ESLint would need to fix. (I'm assuming Standard uses ESlint, looking at it's dependencies). Or someone needs to write a parser for Typescript, like someone wrote for using Babel: https://github.com/babel/babel-eslint
