Fixing the ordering that doesn't make sense.

doDynamic() handles all the requests, while getDynamic(String) is still selective based on the token.
If getDynamic() is before doDynamic(), we can let getDynamic() pick up some of the URL and delegate the rest to doDynamic(),
yet if it's the other way around, doDynamic() will eat everything and getDynamic() will never get a chance
(unless you use CancelRequestHandlingException.)

So this is clearly a design oversight.

I also don't think this can break any existing code, since if somebody has both getDynamic() and doDynamic(),
getDynamic() will be simply not called.
