This update removes the need to install MSVC runtime separately
Update: Added build that may fix issues on Windows 7 (starswine4_win7_alternate.zip). Use only if the default build fails.
Update 2: Added German (Deutsche) build. It uses version 2.7j RC3 (not 2.6jrc4)
