Description

In order to start distributing pre-built binaries, we'll need to begin creating GitHub releases. In addition to adding GitHub releases, I did some refactoring of our CI pipeline.

  • Add cross-distro testing with cross
  • Add GitHub builds and releases

Motivation and Context

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
