…low to control verboseness and etc.
DBMS which are aware of case sensitiveness (Postgres, Oracle) run into trouble, because poweradmin will allow to insert uppercase characters and powerdns will not serve them. This patch fixes this behavior, by converting records to lowercase. Take a look at powerdns documentation : for postgres they have following constraint: CONSTRAINT c_lowercase_name CHECK (((name)::text = lower((name)::text))) http://doc.powerdns.com/generic-mypgsql-backends.html#idp8866576
are insterted at the same time. poweradmin uses autocommit, which is to slow to update records-table. This patch introduces transactions, which prevents this kind of deadlocks. Transactions are already used e.g. update_zone_records and delete_domains

and pgsql, $db->lastInsertId() was used and returned me the sequence value of the trigger. with this patch i get the *right* sequence value
