form:submissions throws error when there's more than 1 submission #2005

Describe the bug
I'm using form:submissions in a template file which works as expected when there is only 1 submission, but as soon as there is an additional submission all I get is:

Whoops, looks like something went wrong
FatalThrowableError in DataCollection.php line 93:
Call to undefined method Statamic\Forms\Submission::getSupplement()

To Reproduce
{{ form:set in="customer_reviews" }}
{{ form:submissions }}
{{ name }}
{{ /form:submissions }}
{{ /form:set }}

Environment details

  • Statamic v 2.9.6
  • Upgrade
  • OS: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS / ServerPilot
  • Web Server: Apache/Nginx
  • PHP Version: 7.1
