Describe the bug
Might be related: #989

Retrieving content via the {{ get_content }} tag when using an id in the from parameter instead of a slug won't display localized content.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Insert a tag like {{ get_content from="your-content-id1baksjhksjdhk" }}
  2. Works with default locale
  3. Won't work in other locale
  4. Works, if slug is used instead of id

Expected behavior
Localized Content get's displayed no matter which method you use to specify the source.

Environment details (please complete the following information):

  • Statamic Version [2.11.2]
  • Fresh Install or Upgrade:
  • OS: [e.g. macOS 10.12.6, Ubuntu 16.04]
  • Browser: [e.g. chrome, safari]
  • Web Server: [eg. Apache, Nginx, Valet]
  • PHP Version: [eg. 7.1]
  • Addons installed:

Additional context
It would be nice if the id-method would work on localized content, too. If e.g. the user changes the slug of a page, the described method would break the page if you specify the source via it's slug.
