Steps to reproduce

  1. Open entry from an "alphabetic" collection in the control panel
  2. Toggle switch to "unpublished"
  3. Save

Expected behaviour

The entry's .md file should get an underscore in front of the filename and file should show and "unpublished" in the control panel

Actual behaviour

The .md file is successfully renamed to start with an underscore but in the CP the page still shows as published (green dot on listing page and toggle on when viewing entry).

As as followup to this, entries that are draft (have underscore at beginning of filename) but showing as published in the CP can't be deleted via the CP.

The log shows Statamic tires to delete the file name without the leading underscore and of course can't find the file and so fails.

Still doesn't appear to be fixed in 2.1.1 and saving a draft causes the attached error.
