test errors from
http://nipy.bic.berkeley.edu/builders/statsmodels-py2.x-wheezy-sparc/builds/96/steps/shell_4/logs/stdio

they look different from the error messages that I got.

Module parse error must be old pandas, but I thought this was handled in the code. Must be handled elsewhere and missed one. The latter will take some checking.

might be pandas: 0.8.0 in that Debian machine,
http://nipy.bic.berkeley.edu/builders/statsmodels-py2.x-wheezy-sparc/builds/96/steps/shell_5/logs/stdio

we never decided on a minimum pandas version, after dropping 0.7

I thought we decided 0.8.1, which could explain this I think.

We haven't updated setup.py yet.

pandas 0.8.1 sounds pretty old for statsmodels 0.6, given that pandas is now at 0.13
I'm asking on the mailing list again

I'm just trying to remember when the parse issue got sorted out.

my failures in #1388 (comment)
are with pandas 12.0, so I guess those need to be fixed

Yes, they do. There has been one bug-fix in the frequency stuff that I know about, but I need to see what's going on. Maybe have time later today.

(One of?) these boxes look like they're out of disk space? This may be closed.

Looks fine now.
