Might be nice to support pandas objects in DescrStatsW with some kind of wrapper.

@jseabold, @josef-pkt Is this one still relevant? I noticed that the classes/functions in weightstats don't support Pandas DataFrames as inputs so should this be implemented for all of them? If yes, is there an example in Statsmodels how it should be done?
