[Tests] change tests for online/offline status to use multiple instances

test_switch_states_between_offline_and_online test_switch_state_to_automatic are now just checking that we can select an option from multiple choices. Even i dont really know, what should happen on the background (no requirements) for switching the state, i suggest to change the tests to use 2 instances of app and change status on one instance and check its reflection on another (in 1x1 chat for example or community)
