Local hashing doesn't work after running 489 installer #20

If you update by copying the exe manually, everything is fine.

It appears to be due to a "missing" Warden.dll, though where it's missing from I can't determine. The standard "Warden.dll could not be found" errors are not triggered.

Remove extra files from installer
One file in the application folder, several from system32 and syswow64.
I have no idea how those got in there, but they were breaking local
hashing in #20.

This should be fixed. I tested it on a system that wasn't updated with the broken installer and hashing works fine. Still working on a fix for any systems updated before this.

Updated the msi found on the release page and in the /Development/489/ dir on the web server.
