error while installing #12

looks like issues with the current directory not being the location of requirements.txt. maybe use something like this:

import os
 REQUIREMENTS = list(open(os.path.dirname(__file__) + '/requirements.txt'))

...but with that filepath join function so it doesn't die on windows

Oh, actually, requirements.txt really doesn't exist... adding the file to ./build/jsonpatch fixed it. For whatever reason the file must not be in the pip package.
