Hi there,

apologies for the delay! I think it must have something to do with the ZotFile extractions - when I re-extracted the annotations with the beta reader, and then imported the Stoneman reference, everything worked as expected (every quote received it's quote hashtag, and the page numbers were properly rendered).

I tried it on the Sheehan reference as well, and that also fixed it. Not sure what the problem with the zotfile extracted annotations is.

Is this a recurrent issue across multiple sources extracted with Json? If you share the json file from extracting only that source I can try to replicate it and fix it, unless it is a one off thing

It seems to be with Zotfile extracted annotations that are pre-existing, but I haven't checked extensively. If I re-extract, it seems to work fine

Thanks. I will close the issue for now but if it occurs again and the problem is not with the export done by Zotfile, please reopen it and I will take a look
