I was checking out gnotty (great stuff so far!) and I was getting this error when running gnottify w/o arguments:

This pull request adds the missing directories to the installer.

@stephenmcd Added manifest file. Closes #1 02a520b

Hey Phillip, thanks so much for picking this up. I usually use a manifest file to handle this, which I hadn't added yet. So I've added that now which solves the issue.
