When I try to use this gem to add a Tweet, it is not recognized. I have been able to use this to embed a Youtube video, however.

For example, this tag:

{% oembed https://twitter.com/bcole808/status/597778435004575744 %}

Gets turned into a regular hyperlink and Jekyll prints out:

No embeddable content at https://twitter.com/bcole808/status/597778435004575744

However, if reading the source code of that URL I can see that there is indeed an oEmbed available:

<link rel="alternate" type="application/json+oembed" href="https://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/oembed.json?id=597778435004575744" title="Ben Cole on Twitter: &quot;I&#39;m writing all my #aeabos notes in HTML today. It seemed like a relevant (and nerdy) choice for the day. http://t.co/IazHf4ML5C&quot;">
