    Lace tool compiler and ASCII definition

    mangelajo committed
    Created a python lace tool compiler and lace format definition,
    with mixed normal and fine lace.
    Example usage:
      python lace/ lace/examples/fox.lace out.raw && \
            ./bin-linux/cli a out.raw e /dev/ttyUSB0 q
      Then on the KH-940/950:
        551 M 1 M  <wait>
        990 M M 901 M

    Explicit memo support in raw image

    mangelajo committed
    Image is now returned and manipulated via an specific structure
    to avoid the need to pass width or a separate pointer for memo
    KH-930 needs to be ported to the new image manipulation and
    include explicit memo support. It's disabled for now.
    Pattern decoding from memory also needs to gather explicit
    memo information yet.
    Enabled compilation debug for linux.
