Incubator for geojson spec rewrite and subsequent IETF RFC submission has moved on 2013-04-30 to GeoJSONWG GitHub Org.
While the draft further ripens, it is accessible at draft.(txt | html) for reading.
Note: The name of the default branch (with special meaning for github and gitlab users) is default 😉
