As of Vault 0.6.1 App-ID backend is superseded by AppRole, hence the connector should also implement AppRole and depreprecate App-ID.

AppRole Builder has been implemented to easily create custom roles. Also some convenience methods in the VaultConnector interface for basic usage.

AppRole should be fully supported in upcoming 0.4 release.
