The package `ka' consists of the following files: ChangeLog Makefile README ka.dtx example.tex mkinstalldirs Installation: 1. Type `latex ka.ins' to produce the file `ka.sty'. 2. Make sure the file `ka.sty' is located in your TeX search path. Installation using `GNU make': 1. Type `make' to produce the file `ka.sty' (type `make all' to also produce the documentation). 2. Type `make install' to install to `/usr/local/share/texmf'. 3.
