Removing API from sidebar removes extra files under the API's reference sub-directory #197

To Reproduce

  • Create API A
  • Copy API file under same reference directory, but using a different version (ie, a.v2.yml)
  • From API sidebar view, delete v1 A
  • Notice that all A APIs have been removed

Will probably be fixed with changes in #57 since we're getting rid of the directory structure altogether.

The directory structure is no longer enforced, therefore the logic for removing API document and its related models is no longer present.
That said, the issue described in the ticket has been resolved.
