refactor: feat SnapshotsWithOptionsArgType

What I did

When using multiSnapshotWithOptions, I consumed a lot of time wondering what to pass as an argument. So I added a type for the arguments.

How to test

• Is this testable with Jest or Chromatic screenshots?
• Does this need a new example in the kitchen sink apps?
• Does this need an update to the documentation?
