[Request]: Upload plugin page should be updated for v4 #533
Description
Summary
I noticed quite a lot of explanation in the upload page was based on v3 without any notice. i.e. provider documentation doesn't use newer @strapi/ providers, suggested plugins.js doesn't work etc.
Why is it needed?
This issue should be self-explanatory.
Suggested solution(s)
The page should reflect the current ecosystem and correct configuration guides.
