Looks great! Thank you @pwizla 🙌 Definitely an improvement compared to the current version! I only added a few comments/suggestions but no blocker for me 😄

This PR simplifies the existing Dev Docs introduction, aiming to guide readers more clearly among the various documentation sections and topics.
The new intro is now straightforward. All the community & support information has been moved to a dedicated page.
The new introduction leverages some new UI elements developed in the past months (subtle callouts, annotations, cards).
The "What to do next?" section of the Quick Start Guide has also been slightly updated to further enhance the user's journey and make it more consistent.
