This PR:

  • Updates the REST API introduction (endpoints & basic queries)
  • Updates all pages where the new data format should be applied
    • populate & select
    • filters
    • sort
    • i18n
    • Quick Start Guide
  • Creates breaking changes pages to describe some REST API-related breaking changes
    • Introduces the first mentions of "this breaking change affects plugins"

Note: Relations are being reworked and will be documented later in another PR.
