This PR updates the homepage:

  • Adds the QSG as its own top nav bar item
  • Updates the carousel by adding a card for "what's new" and replacing the Cloud card by a Cloud CLI-related card
  • Adds a 3rd column for Strapi Cloud docs
  • Updates the links in the columns
