This PR improves the breaking changes pages by adding link to the corresponding codemod code in the Strapi codebase where useful.
I also took the opportunity to create a
<BreakingChangeIdCard />component that replicates the look & feel of the identity cards components we have for features and plugins.Consequently, now unused snippets were deleted.
