Notice: Community PR Change Freeze for 2023 Holidays & v5 #18618

Hello all,
As the year is winding down (at least for most of you) and with the holidays coming up we will be placing a community pull request change freeze into effect until March 2024.
Not only is this for the holidays but we have started our major development on Strapi v5 and want to try and limit the amount of merge conflicts that we have between the main branch for Strapi v4 and the v5/* branches.
Of course any High/Critical issues or those related to security will still be welcomed but if you have any questions you can reach out to the Strapi maintainers via Discord.
Any existing open Community PR will remain open so that we can review and hopefully merge them but any new PRs submitted after October 31st (Tuesday) will be closed due to the change freeze unless an exclusion is applied.
Thank you as always for all the wonderful contributions you've made over 2023 and the past years and we look forward to opening these back up after Strapi v5 is launched. GitHub issues are of course unaffected and please feel free to submit your bug reports as needed.
