Bug Description

The Dashboard constantly keep refreshing with few seconds after installed & setup Strapi (community edition) by command npx create-strapi-app@latest <PROJECT_NAME> --quickstart --js --install --skip-cloud --skip-db --no-run

I have the same issue, i'm using Node22, it's super annoying and loose work a lot
