Hi @scientia-ac-labore!
Thank you for your contribution 😄

In testing issue #3919 and the proposed solution for code in markdown, we discovered it causes an overlap problem in multi-line titles, headers, etc (due to our current line-height and padding specifications).

As a result, we are examining adjustments to several of code's styling properties to achieve the intended look. Please let us know if you have any ideas for potential solutions, we would be happy to explore them. Thanks again!

Thank you, @mayagbarnes for review.
The only solution I have for now it reduce code-font-size variable from 0.875em to 0.64em. It is the max value which prevent overlap problem. But maybe there are another solutions.

* Add PEP 561 support to Streamlit (#4025)

Streamlit itself already has (some) type annotations, and we type-check the library itself.

But: apps that install Streamlit via pip can not currently typecheck that Streamlit import because Streamlit is not a "PEP 561 compatible package".

(Note that this does *not* mean we need to type-annotate everything in Streamlit; we can continue to gradually type as we go.)
