Persistent Volume name too long

The persistent volume name seems to be limited to 63 characters. It usually consists of several pieces:

• Prefix from the storage provider, e.g. glusterfs-dynamic-
• Name of the storage template. In our case zookeeper-storage or kafka-storage
• The pod name section. E.g. -strimzi-openwhisk-zookeeper-0

To make the names shorter, the most obvious part to change is the middle section. The information about the cluster (kafka or zookeeper) is anyway redundant. The PVC template name should rather describe what it is used for (e.g. data, logs, www).
