Here's a simple tool to create a single-scene"tour" in Google Earth VR, based on longitude and latitude etc. It's pretty terrible but it works for taking locations from Google Maps and smuggling them into Google Earth VR.

1. Unzip and run
2. Enter a name, latitude (in decimal), longitude (in decimal), altitude (metres), heading (0-360) and viewer scale.
3. Click "Go".
4. A new folder will have been created on your desktop. Copy it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\EarthVR\assets\content\tours (or similar for your particular installation) and (re-)start Google Earth VR.
5. Your new tour should be available in Google Earth VR in the normal way.

Will probably never be enhanced because Google are bound to build something better very soon indeed.
