HS teachers, students
What problem does this PR fix?
It's not very visible to teachers when students come to homework help sessions.
What does this PR do?
Adds an import task (intended to be used on the console to start), a new model for storing this data, and the first usage of it shown on the profile page inline with notes. This does not show on the home page feed.
Later, we could also use this in views related to grades (eg profile gradebook).
