$ scons -s version arscons v1.0.0
Thanks to Bogdan Petrisor <firstname.lastname@example.org> for this patch. Conflicts: SConstruct
json.load() read data from fp and make code simpler.
According to this description, Arduino has an option to create custom board core in the firmware. http://code.google.com/p/arduino/wiki/Platforms Especially in situations where you have no write access to the ARDUINO_HOME. this feature is usefull. This change required some reordering of the code, in order honor custom boards/cores stored in the sketchbook. Issue #27. patch written by uracolix. Signed-off-by: Homin Lee <email@example.com>
The 2nd patch adds an option to select the base path of the AVR toolchain. This might be usefull, if the tool chain is installed in a place, where scons does not search for it. It might be better than pulling the PATH variable in the scons Environment(). Issue #27. patch written by uracolix. Signed-off-by: Homin Lee <firstname.lastname@example.org>
The 1st patch adds a common variable resolving of command line arguments and environment variables. All control variables are resolved now in the order scons argument -> environment variable -> default value. Issue #27. patch written by uracolix. Signed-off-by: Homin Lee <email@example.com>

It's not always "arduino". Can be vary like; [Programming an ATtiny w/ Arduino](http://hlt.media.mit.edu/?p=1229)
The Arduino IDE support putting custom libraries in a dififerent path than the ARDUINO_HOME/libraries path. If you create a sketchbook/libraries directory, the IDE will use the libraries there. Thanks to "firstname.lastname@example.org" for the patch. Issue #6 closed. Signed-off-by: Homin Lee <email@example.com>
The sources in sketch dir (except .pde) will build in `build/local`. Thanks to Thomas Recouvreux <firstname.lastname@example.org> for pushing me :) Signed-off-by: Homin Lee <email@example.com>
