`smerge repo/path` does not restore the previous open windows

Description

Using smerge with any argument does not properly restore the previous session upon launch prior to opening the requested repo or search/blame/log.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open a repository
2. quit Sublime Merge
3. open a different repository on the command line with smerge path/to/a/different/repo
4. notice the first repository isn't opened anymore

Expected behavior

Session restored with requested repository opened & focused.

I once again just lost the 15 tabs I had opened and organised in Sublime Merge 😬

I use this VS Code extension to quickly jump from VS Code to Sublime Merge. When I do it when Sublime isn't open though... all tabs are lost.

I would really appreciate this one being fixed 🙏

For anyone having the same issue, here's how I solved it:

• I made a file open-in-sublime-merge.sh:

• I created an alias sbm to this file, allowing me to open Sublime Merge from the terminal by typing sbm . for instance.

• I made a PR in this VS Code extension to add the possibility to change the path to Sublime Merge, in order to us the file above.

Now I can safely jump to Sublime Merge from the terminal or VS Code.

Not bad, not bad at all. though it won't prevent you from loosing tabs when clicking on a branch name in Sublime Text, like I did today 😥 …unless you change "sublime_merge_path" settings in ST as well, yeah…

To keep this updated, the issue is still present in Sublime Merge v2111, I can "reliably" reproduce it on Windows and Mac OS (and likely Linux too).
