Problem description

I always open repositories from the command line, often with a tool that manages changes in dependencies (git repositories). I use the opened windows as way to see what still needs to be reconciled, so if previous windows are restored that causes confusion.

Preferred solution

A setting to never open previous repositories at startup.

Alternatives

Currently there is a bug that causes previous windows to not be opened at startup if you open from command line which I take advantage of:
