Problem description

I scroll from top to bottom to check the changes in a folder e.g. Demigiant - Figure 1.

Figure 2 - the checking becomes more difficult, because of different indents: some paths with a icon

Preferred solution

A Tree View would simplify the checking.

Alternatives

No icons in front of the paths.

OR Paths without an icon get a default icon.

OR How about a filter? I click the folder name and it only shows me the changes in that folder.

Related with #1734 regarding the indentation of files with(out) icons

OR How about a filter? I click the folder name and it only shows me the changes in that folder.

FWIW, might not really be the best solution, but using the "Files" Tab you may filter the list of files and multi select them.
