Allow to hide minimap per view

This is useful to save some space for view where are too short as for the package:

Currently you can only disable the minimap per window, but on that case above, the package CodeMap could have disabled it for its own view, while the other views can have the minimap enabled.

This feature is badly needed. In views like those created by Terminus, for example, the minimap doesn't make any sense and just takes space. And I don't want to disable it for the entire window

If you're using a single pane (row/col) layout, presumably you can just work around this for now by hiding/showing the minimap when the view changes to/from one of your Terminus views.

The idea was to have something like a 2 Column layout: code on the left, test runner on the right (view by Terminus). So far the experience is far from perfect. Terminus has its own quirks too
