Crashed after black box showed up

Description

I was working and while I was passing the mouse over the screen (around where the black box is on) a black box show up and Sublime Text crashes a few seconds after:

Could be related to a crash when displaying minihtml popups. A reliable reproduction would certianly be useful, though this sounds like a tough one.

I think so, because they seem fit perfectly in those pop ups like this and the black box show up while passing the mouse around the code:

The crash was probably while showing one of them, but they went fully black. To have this size specifically, it is probably one pop up coming from LSP plugin, which uses mdpopups dependency to render them.

But the strange thing is that I am passing the mouse fast on the screen when the black box show up, so there is way the usual pop up would show up because they require you to have the mouse steady/hold over the symbol a second before showing up the pop up. So, it would be a pop up trying to show up before it actually should.

This issue seems somehow similar to the other crash issue they had fixed July of 2017: (a year and half ago)

The difference from that issue would be:

1. The black box, there is not black box over there
2. The frequency, until now I had 2 crashes with the black box. If this was the same issue, instead of 2 crashes, it would be like 20 crashes

Not sure if it helps, but I almost never close Sublime Text, it usually stay open for weeks, even months, unless of course, if it crashes or I do need to fix/work some plugin which requires me to restart Sublime Text.

Even after the black box show up, Sublime Text still working normally for a few seconds with the black box sticky-ed on the top of the screen at a fixed location. The plugin system also kept working. This is the log I got out of the LSP plugin which is saved directly on the file system:

Immediately after I saw the black box, I run the command exit on the menu File -> Exit, and we can see the LSP plugin console output running the shutdown procedures.

Log timestamp has precision of hour:minute:second:milliseconds.microseconds difference-from-last.

Does the issue still occur?

It did not happen for some time, but I:

1. Stopped using language servers
2. There is some time I do not write code on Windows (but only Linux, which has other issues as Sublime Text 4 is going segfault when switch branches on git (Sublime Text 3 didn't) #5032).

But this was with Sublime text 3, and not 4. Someone from @sublimehq can know whether this issue was fixed or not by looking at the stacktrace from the core dumps I attached here.
